We kickstart the week with the blog premiere of Hannah Dorman's new single Take Control!

Influenced by the likes of Kelly Clarkson, Shania Twain and Anastasia, the singer-songwriter's latest offering is a pop/rock track infused with a touch of country. Showcasing her wonderful vocal range, Hannah falsettos over a melody that alternates between lighter strings and rocky guitars, driven by a strong drum beat.

Recorded at Sticky Studios in Surrey, which has been graced by big names such as Ed Sheeran and One Direction, the song has already been featured as BBC Surrey and BBC Sussex's Introducing 'Track of the Day' (21 August).
